Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
1. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@aurascend.com. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
